Greetings from the rector of The Kosygin State University of Russia (Kosygin University)

On behalf of The Kosygin State University of Russia I would like to welcome the participants of the Scientific and Practical Conference "New Approaches 2021".

I want to express my confidence that the very respectable list of the conference participants and the declared topics of panel discussions will help to facilitate the development of the framework of student sports and physical education in higher education institutions of the Russian Federation.

The main task of the conference is the search for new approaches, promotion of the penetration of innovative solutions and study of the successful domestic and foreign experience in the development of student sports and physical education in the higher education.

At the conference we will discuss the vision of all key participants of the framework. Those participants inlcude representatives of executive authorities, universities, student sports leagues and public organizations, companies, experts in the field of sports and education and, of course, students themselves.

The conference "New Approaches-2021" will be held in a very sporty atmosphere at the Russian Railways Arena Stadium in Cherkizovo. For maximum immersion in sports specifics, participants will have a tour of the stadium, a visit to the Museum of FC Lokomotiv (Moscow) and the balconies of the VIP boxes for comfortable networking.
